CNC Manufacturing
CNC manufacturing is integrated into our cabinetry workflow. We cut cabinet parts directly on the computer-controlled router which helps improve accuracy, reduce cutting time, and optimize material usage.
Cabinet components are sorted as they come off the CNC for further processing before assembly.
We also complete a wide variety of custom CNC projects including detailed inlay work and even large 3D topographical maps!
Shop Equipment
The large shop floor and tall ceilings allow us to make and assemble big projects before delivery. The large sliding table saw in conjunction with the large flat panel sander allow us to make custom wood countertops efficiently and precisely.
Industrial sanders, large jointer, table saws, router tables, shapers, miter saw station, just some of the equipment that allows us to complete any kind of wood working project, large or small.
The dedicated spray room and spraying equipment allow us to produce the highest quality and greatest durability finish on all our cabinet components before they leave the shop.
Solar Powered Woodworking
The sun grows the wood we build with, and the sun powers the equipment we use to construct your custom woodworking dreams!
Our shop has a 21 kW solar array that produces up to 90% of our energy needs. We also have a 14kWh battery from Maine based Pika Energy. This is the first behind-the-meter demand shifting battery installed in Maine which allows us to produce and store our own solar energy and minimize spikes in electrical demand when turning on large equipment.
